December 31, 2010, will be the last day for financial institutions (FIs) to accept Treasury Tax & Loan (TT&L) coupons under an Internal Revenue Service (IRS) proposed rule change. The proposed rule calls for most employers who now pay with a paper coupon to pay electronically as of January 1, 2011.
